WE COACH YOU LEAD

We provide an uplifting, fun, intensive and engaging workshop that is designed for senior students at secondary college. It will test each individual to focus in on their own personal & professional growth as they look ahead to their next phase of journey through life.

True North + Workshops are run over half - days during the school year and is split into three workshops once a term, with a fourth gathering to celebrate our achievements throughout the year whether it is big or small.

It is delivered by our Thrive youth mentor Will Helu along with guest mentors who have excelled in their respective professional fields such as sport, TV and music but who also bring a lot of personal experiences to openly share and discuss. We challenge the students to tap into goal setting, Leadership, overcoming challenges and pathways to success, while receiving valuable coaching and tools along with practical activities for a visual perspective. This process allows students to coach themselves throughout the practical learning and reflections while being guided by our mentors.

At our workshops, students will leave having a sense of self-pride and self-worth, that will motivate them to be the best versions of themselves with a mindset to learn and evolve.
